SHIPPING

We are currently shipping within Australia - International shipping will start soon.

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a tracking code within 48 hours. However, due to unprecedented shipping demand, it may take longer. Please copy and paste this number into the assigned carrier's website (i.e. Australia Post)

On average, all orders are fulfilled within 24-48 hours of your order being placed.

On average, you will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours when you have placed you order, followed by the tracking number.

RETURNS

We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations. Kindly contact us within 7 days of delivery.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Sale items

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. Refunds will then be issued to the payment option that was used for your purchase. For more information, you can read our Refund Policy

PRODUCT

We are always going out to find the best trending products to put in our shops. As the vintage clothing are trendy it is highly likely that the item will sell within a few hours of its arrival. it is therefore suggested to make purchases on the spot if you like an item.

We recommend referring to the product images and the size and specifications in the descriptions provided to gauge product fit. if you still have doubts you can always contact our support team.

The items we sell are vintage, meaning they are second hand items.

Due to the nature of vintage, items may show signs of wear as some of them are up to 30 years old. Major and significant flaws will be pictured , although please keep in mind that vintage items will show signs of use.

We do not accept returns if it has minor wear such as loose threads or fading prints etc.

Any personal information given to webook will be protected. Your information will not be disclosed to any third parties. Please refer to webook Privacy Policy outline. Your personal information is secured with up-to-date firewall and encryption protection during the ordering process. To protect customers to the fullest extent, webook does not store your credit card information at any time.

If you need to change your order, please contact us immediately. We generally process orders within 2-4 business hours, and once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
